I am a visual artist, and for several years, I have devoted myself to contemporary ceramics by revisiting the ancestral techniques of modeling clays collected during my travels and during my walks in the mountains of Corsica. I imagined a line of crockery and containers that tell the story of the Earth, the proximity of the sea, and my long walks in the middle of nature. I am interested in promoting the integration and use of artistic design objects in everyday life.
My pieces are shaped by hand, often without a potter's wheel, and I mix these indigenous lands collected during my walks with stoneware or porcelain.
This type of non-mechanized work promotes creativity: When you choose a room, it has a story. For more than 37 years, my universe has been mineral and my work a hymn to wild nature and the beauty of landscapes.
From oven to table: The pieces intended for the art of the table are suitable for daily food use. With hot or cold recipes.
