During this 5-day training, trainees already introduced to shaping will be able to sculpt and continue to create more complex objects. 

This course will take place from February 17 to 21, 02/ 2025 at the Calvi workshop: Les Remparts Rue Alsace Lorraine 20260.

This week of training is aimed at beginners or initiates motivated by a taste for discovering sandstone and wild lands. These 5 days will focus on the different shaping methods. We will also discuss the different types of land and their uses other than for processing.

The different low and high temperature cooking modes.

The differences and imperatives to remember between the creation of utilitarian objects intended for food and those solely artistic or decorative.

The work will be done in the workshop. A day MAY be spent collecting clay from the field if necessary for the creation.

An enamelling firing is planned, each participant will be invited to collect their creations from the workshop. It is preferable to come with smart pieces in order to be able to start creating the enamels.

Registrations are open. Payment in several installments and free of charge is possible.
