This training will take place from January 20 to 24, 2025 at the Calvi workshop: Les Remparts Rue Alsace Lorraine 20260.
It is aimed at people wishing to develop their creative potential. Creativity and personal development are valuable allies in the quest for personal fulfillment. This week may be an opportunity to reveal hidden abilities and strengthen your sense of competence and accomplishment.

Creativity is, in my opinion, a tool for transformation
It is often perceived as an innate quality reserved for a chosen few, but in reality, it is accessible to everyone. It is based on the ability to see the world differently, to make new connections and to solve problems in innovative ways. By cultivating creativity, we stimulate the mind and develop greater mental flexibility. This allows you to approach life's challenges with a new perspective and original solutions.
Creative expression, whether through writing, painting, music, or even cooking, offers a path to explore and understand our emotions and experiences. It serves as an introspective mirror, helping to discover hidden aspects of our personality and to better understand our desires and aspirations.

The work will be done in the workshop. One day will be devoted to the creation of an ephemeral installation in the plains of nature, in the mountains or on the coast depending on the weather.
