During this 5-day training, trainees will be able to shape sandstone and local soil collected in situ.
This course will take place from November 18 to 22, 2024 at the Calvi workshop: Les Remparts Rue Alsace Lorraine 20260.
This week of training is aimed at beginners motivated by a taste for discovering sandstone and wild lands. These 5 days will be focused on the creation and volume of an artistic piece. 1 cooking included in the price of the course.
The work will be done in the workshop. One day will be devoted to recognizing clays in the field. This will be a walk in the mountains or on the coast depending on the weather.
I remind you that during this rural discovery, it is not possible to collect wild land. The native clays I use come from private land.
After the pieces have dried, a biscuit baking is planned, each participant will be invited to collect their creations from the workshop.
